Where This Privacy Statement Applies
This Privacy Statement applies to use of public portions of learnnowonline.com and registered users of LearnNowOnline online subscription services (collectively, “Services”). This policy does not apply to information that is collected by any third-party website or services that you access through the Services.

The Information We Collect About You
For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, but not the email address.

Payment Processing. We use a third party payment service (“Payment Service”) to process credit card payments for all our subscriptions. When you provide credit card information on the site, that information is sent directly to the Payment Service. LearnNowOnline does not have access to your full credit card number and does not store such information in its own systems. You acknowledge and agree that any Personal Information that you provide in connection with such credit card payments will be transmitted directly to the Payment Service. Information transmitted to the Payment Service is encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol before it is submitted over the Internet. The Payment Service is required to comply with all applicable privacy and security laws and the rules and regulations issued by the credit card companies, however, LearnNowOnline is not responsible for the Payment Service’s failure to comply with such laws, rules and/or regulations.
