No, there are no restrictions on international usage. As long as you meet the minimum system requirements you should not have any access or quality issues.

If you order our Individual solution online, you may cancel within seven calendar days of your subscription start date and we will refund your money in full. Can my friends/coworkers use my subscription?

Each license you purchase is a single-user license which is non-transferable and cannot be used by another person. If you purchase only one license, your subscription can only be used by you. If you purchase multiple user licenses, each license must be assigned to only one person and cannot be transferred to or shared with another person during your subscription term.

Can I get a subscription for multiple users?

How do I access my subscription?

You may log in to your account anytime at Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your account credentials which you will need to access your account. When does my subscription begin and end?

Your subscription begins on your order date. Annual subscriptions last for the next 12 calendar months and monthly subscriptions last for the next single calendar month. Both types of subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel or suspend the subscription. If you purchase multiple user licenses, all licenses begin and end at the same time.

How do I renew my subscription? What is the cost?

Your subscription will automatically renew. When you subscribe to an Individual account online, you lock in your renewal rate. Even if the price increases during your access period, you are guaranteed to never pay more than your original subscription rate as long as you keep your account active. If your subscription lapses, you must pay the current subscription rate to reactivate your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have a trial subscription, you may cancel within the seven day free trial period by logging in to your account and visiting the Manage Account page.

If you have a paid monthly or annual subscription and wish to cancel within the first seven (7) days of your original purchase, please email to request cancellation. Your account will be terminated and you will be issued a full refund. If you would like to cancel or suspend your subscription after the first seven (7) days, log in to your account, go to the Manage Account page, click Update Billing Info, and click the Suspend Subscription link at the bottom of the page. Your monthly or annual automatic renewal will be canceled and you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your prepaid subscription period.

Once your subscription has auto-renewed, you may cancel it up to three (3) calendar days after your automatic renewal date by emailing Your account will be terminated and you will be issued a full refund of the renewal subscription fee.

Please note that if you cancel or suspend your account and then wish to reactivate it in the future, you may not be eligible for the same subscription options and pricing you had previously. If your subscription lapses, you will be offered our current subscription options and pricing upon reactivation.

Yes. We offer single or multiple library subscriptions customizable for each of your team members. Each library includes courses for beginner through advanced levels to meet the needs of your entire team.

How do I monitor progress of my team members?

Business and Enterprise solutions include robust reporting tools so managers or administrators can easily monitor usage, course progress, and exam result for individuals, groups, and the entire team.

Can I add users as our company grows?

Yes. Business and Enterprise accounts are scalable, and you can easily add more users to your subscription to accommodate new hires and new locations.

Do you offer group discounts pricing or site licenses?
