Course description

An important aspect of business analysis is determining Scope models, which define the nature of one or more limits or boundaries and place elements inside or outside those boundaries. Scope models are commonly used to describe the boundaries of control, change, a solution, or a need. Additionally, it’s critical that a business analyst understands the business case, or a justification for a course of action based on benefits to be realized by using the proposed solution, as compared to the cost, effort, and other considerations to acquire and live with that solution.

Prerequisites

This course is best suited for individuals with 2 years or more experience within business, business analysis, or a project/reporting analyst capacity. This course assumes that you are familiar with the BABOK® guide and its associated principles, but is not required.
