Course description

Investment appraisal is the process used by senior managers, supported by other business professionals such as business analysts, to investigate whether it is worth proceeding with a proposed project or other change. Discover what’s involved in the process of investment appraisal including working out expected costs and benefits from proposals and contrasting these with each other to understand the time required for cumulative benefits to exceed cumulative costs.

Prerequisites

This course is best suited for individuals with 2 years or more experience within business, business analysis, or a project/reporting analyst capacity. This course assumes that you are familiar with the BABOK® guide and its associated principles, but is not required.
